WE DO IT ALL FROM START TO FINISH…

• Two-day sales conducted
• Three day sales conducted for larger estates.
• Organizing & displaying household contents for sale.
• Providing display tables & locking cases for valuables.
• Researching, inspecting & evaluating items.
• Pricing items.
• Professional interior signage: directional, informational & safety.
• Advertising & promotion of the sale including newspaper ads, website posting with photos, social media, you tube video, weekly emails to approximately 4000 subscribers.
• Staffing the sale with qualified staff (most are either family members or very close friends).
• Our friendly & knowledgeable staff answer technical questions, test electronics & electrical devices.
• Our staff “works” the floor encouraging sales.
• Employing a number system & carefully limiting the number of customers in the home at any given time.
• Providing bags & wrapping paper for purchases.
• No cash up front. Commission comes out of proceeds.

We do not do clean-outs (we believe doing clean-outs is a conflict of interest)
but will provide you with the name of a highly qualified person who does an excellent job, reasonably price and very reliable.
We have used him for years and have had no complaints.
